The Aurumite 9K Conservatory is one of the most celebrated and well-loved flutes in Powell Flutes’ catalogue. An evolution of the former 3100 model, the Aurumite 9K Conservatory boasts an exterior layer of 9K Rose Gold and an interior layer of Sterling Silver. Its sound is sunny and animated.

This flute features a pinless mechanism and the Modern Powell scale with drawn tone holes, crafted using Powell Flutes’ patented method for extruding tone holes. This method results in a beautifully formed tone hole with a perfectly flat edge, ensuring the best pad seal. The head joint on this flute comprises an Aurumite 9K tube, a Sterling Silver riser, a 9K Rose Gold lip plate, and a Sterling Silver crown.
