Kuiper Kingma Handmade Silver Flute with Two Silver Head Joints-c9043
About
We present this inaugural masterpiece crafted by Eva Kingma, a luminary in flute innovation and creator of the renowned Kingma System quartertone flute. Kingma’s legacy is synonymous with pushing the boundaries of flute design, specialising in low-pitched instruments including alto, bass, contrabass, and subcontrabass flutes.
This exceptional silver flute, a testament to Eva Kingma’s early craftsmanship, is adorned with useful C# trill and D# roller and showcases her meticulous attention to detail. Featuring open holes and an off-set G design, it offers versatility and precision tailored for the discerning flautist.
Included are two head joints, each imparting distinct sonic qualities: one darker and more mellow, the other brighter and more open, yet both embodying the rich tonal characteristics expected of a finely crafted silver flute. The flute’s construction
epitomises Eva Kingma’s commitment to excellence, ensuring a balanced and expressive sound across registers.
Condition
Although requiring minor regulation of the mechanism and padding for optimal playability, the flute is currently playable.
