925E Specifications

(Straight headjoint, ergonomic keywork)

Sterling silver lip-plate, riser and headjoint, nickel silver body, footjoint and mechanism – silver plated – drawn tone holes. Keys: Closed / Foot: C-foot / Split-E Mechanism: Standard

The Series 925 features a straight headjoint and thoughtfully designed left-hand keywork for enhanced ergonomics. This customised left-hand mechanical configuration promotes a natural left-arm position akin to holding a concert flute, reducing neck strain when playing a straight alto flute. Additionally, this ergonomic design minimises the need to stretch the right wrist and hand, making the lower foot joint keys more accessible and easier to operate.”

919E Specifications

(Curved headjoint)

Sterling silver lip-plate, riser and headjoint, nickel silver body, foot joint and mechanism – silver plated – drawn tone holes. Keys: Closed / Foot: C-foot / Split-E Mechanism: Standard.

With standard keywork, the Series 19 alto flutes are designed to provide a comfortable hand and arm position for players seeking added comfort. These models offer excellent balance and outstanding ergonomic design. The unique Altus curved head joints have been meticulously crafted to ensure easy tuning and support a vibrant tone, enabling expressive articulation.

921E Specifications

(Straight and curved head joints)

Sterling silver lip-plate, riser and headjoint, nickel silver body, footjoint and mechanism – silver plated – drawn tone holes. Keys: Closed / Foot: C-foot / Split-E Mechanism: Standard

The traditional design of the Series 921 Alto flute, used for many years, provides the performer with the choice of straight and curved head joints. Versatile in usage, this combination is suitable for settings and institutions where there are multiple players.
