An extremely rare find, Eugène Albert’s miniature keyed all-silver flute is only 1 of 2 known examples. This flute is unique looking, with its smaller-than-normal key work and a long low C# key which fits comfortably beneath the fingers. E. Albert’s flutes are cherished for their sound which combines the refined conical sound with the ease of cylinder flutes. The tone of this flute is gentle, pure, and mellow, perfect for chamber music and solo repertoire music.
Condition
The padding needs work, and there is some double action on the right hand. The condition of the pads look good, and the silver is well cared for.
